Vinay V has over 11 years of industrial experience and has worked for top multinational engineering companies in the country. In his earlier roles, he setup, established and led Industrial design department at Product Development Centre of Larsen & Toubro with a mission of creating a unique brand identity to its construction equipment range of products. His contributions bagged the company with many design awards.
Vinay is a post graduate in Design from the Indian Institute of Science, and has an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
Nilesh Walke has worked for 4 years in aviation industry and has 3 years of research experience as project scientist. He has many technology patents under his name. His technological innovations have paved the way for the company he worked for to develop Technology Program to promote the innovations across the organization. Along side he brings in expertise in product testing and Validation.
Nilesh Walke holds an engineering degree from Mumbai University and has master’s in design from Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Arvind Kumar Sahu has 4 years of experience in design and development of electronic control system. He brings ingenious solutions to bridge biological and mechanical forms with his expertise in embedded systems. He takes care of the electronic system architecture and integration. He holds a master’s degree in VLSI Design.
Abhijith R is a B.E graduate in Mechanical engineering from NIE, Mysore. He has been associated with Grasp Bionics right from its inception. He is passionate about engineering design. His focus is to transform concepts into realistic design which helps in improving the product
Mr. C V Alavandi holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Karnataka University. He has over 40 years of Experience in Larsen & Toubro limited, where he served as Chief Executive of L&T Case Backhoe Loader Plant and as Vice President for Product Development Center and the Foundry units in Coimbatore. He has also served as Director on the board of L&T Construction Equipment Limited Bengaluru. He advises Grasp Bionics on Product Strategy and Business Planning.
Prof. Dibakar Sen is a Professor at Indian Institute of Science. He is associated with the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Centre for Product Design and Manufacturing. He was the key mentor and advisor in development of PURAK. He Advices Grasp Bionics in Technology and Product development.
Mr. Soikat Ghosh Moulic is a certified clinical Prosthetist and Orthotist, a graduate, involved in rehabilitation services since 1995. Currently holds the position of Assistant Director- technical, heading the rehabilitation services, product development, promotion and innovation unit. He is a member of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Govt. of India (GOI), working towards standardisation of assistive devices.
